Tell Me About It

Sabih is the 3rd most famous authentic pita in Israel, after Hummus and Falafel of course. One of the never ending debates of "who's best?" is between Oved's Sabih and Sabhi Frishman. They're actually quite different, so it's not really a natural comparison. But who can turn down a good old "who's goat" debate.

While Oved's Sabih resembles a more pure approach to Sabih, Frishman seems to have elevated the Sabih to make it more sophisticated with different options like potatoes, cheese and green salad, and by maintaining a higher degree of presentation.

Sabih Frishman is smack in the center of Tel Aviv, so you're bound to be around there sometime and there's plenty of public transportation around.
