Palm Society is not really a secret, plenty people know they serve good coffee. But it's actually a hidden-gem because you wouldn't expect this level of coffee making in some obscure part of an island in Thailand, that's most known for it's full moon parties.

But as soon as you meet the owners, two expert baristas from Australia, everything starts to make sense. They roast their own beans that are sourced from local farms (that you can also buy), using sophisticated machinery that can compete with the best of 'em. They serve all types of coffee, espresso based or drip. Though the staff is trained, it's still nice to have Frank (one of the owners) prepare your coffee special.

Besides coffee, they have magnificent desserts, various styles of poached egg, and plenty other options so anybody can find something to eat.
